What is Cyberphoria

Cyberphoria is a private, non commercial usergroup which was founded in Dec. 3rd 1999.
The primer is to provide a home and also kind of familiar stronghold for people who love their hobby, people who like to help others and people starting interesting projects from scratch to learn and improve knowledge. But the most important thing about it: sharing a good time.
